Booking and Availability

How do I book a rental?

You can book online by selecting your preferred inflatable and using our reservation system. Choose your date, confirm availability and complete your booking in a few steps. If you need help choosing, please contact us or call 530-323-7978.

What types of inflatables do you offer?

We offer a range of inflatables including Bounce Houses, Water Slides, Combo Units (Bounce Houses with Waterslides and Obstacle Courses. We also provide tables, chairs and other event extras.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Shasta County, including Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake, Bella Vista, Cottonwood, Palo Cedro and Shingletown. Delivery availability is confirmed during booking.

Delivery, Setup and Equipment

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes, we handle delivery, setup and collection. We position the inflatable, secure it based on the surface type and ensure everything is ready before use.

Do I need to provide anything?

You will need a suitable setup area, access to power for the blower and, for water slides, access to a water source and hose connection.

Can I move the inflatable after setup?

No, the inflatable must remain in the position where it was installed. Moving it can affect safety and may cause damage.

What happens if the blower stops working?

Remove all users calmly, check for obstructions or power issues, and allow the blower to cool if needed. If the issue continues, call 530-323-7978 for assistance.

Safety and Usage Rules

Do adults need to supervise?

Yes, adult supervision is required at all times. This ensures rules are followed and helps prevent overcrowding or unsafe behaviour.

What are the main safety rules?

  • No shoes, jewellery or sharp objects on the inflatable
  • No food, drink or substances that could damage the material
  • No climbing, hanging or jumping from walls
  • Do not exceed recommended user limits
  • Separate smaller and larger children where possible
  • No pets, toys or sharp items on the inflatable

Are water slides used differently?

Yes, only one rider should be at the top of a single-lane slide at a time, or two riders for double-lane slides. Children should slide feet first and follow a steady flow.

Site Requirements

What space do I need?

All rentals require a relatively flat surface free of sticks, rocks and debris. You must also allow at least 10 feet of overhead clearance with no tree branches, wires or obstacles.

Do I need to mark underground utilities?

Yes, it is your responsibility to ensure underground lines are clearly marked before setup. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities.

Responsibility and Equipment Care

Who is responsible for the equipment?

The person booking the rental is responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection. Equipment must be returned in the same condition, allowing for normal use.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

If equipment is damaged, repair costs may apply. If items are lost, stolen or beyond repair, the full replacement cost may be charged.

Can I use the equipment at a different location?

No, equipment must only be used at the agreed location and cannot be loaned, moved or sublet.

Weather and Overnight Rentals

What happens in bad weather?

We may cancel or reschedule bookings due to unsafe weather conditions. If you have an overnight rental, the blower must be removed and stored in a dry, secure location.

Can I leave the inflatable set up overnight?

Yes, but you must follow all overnight safety instructions, including securing the blower and protecting equipment from weather conditions.

Liability and Risk

Who is responsible for injuries?

The person booking the equipment assumes responsibility for all participants, including minors. Proper supervision and safe use are essential at all times.

Do I need to agree to terms before booking?

Yes, all bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. By completing your reservation, you agree to follow all safety rules and rental policies.
