Choose the Right Water Slide for Your Event

Every party has different requirements, which is why we offer several inflatable slide options. Smaller events may be perfectly suited to the 15 ft Rainbow Single Lane Water Slide, while larger parties often benefit from the extra capacity of the 17 ft Two Lane Tropical Water Slide or the impressive 19 ft Two Lane Tropical.

Two-lane slides are particularly popular because they allow friendly competition while helping more guests enjoy the inflatable throughout the event.

Create a Summer Party Destination

A water slide often becomes the focal point of the entire event. Children naturally gravitate towards the inflatable, creating an activity area that stays busy from start to finish. Parents appreciate having a dedicated attraction that keeps guests engaged while providing a memorable experience.

For larger celebrations, many customers combine water slides with our Bounce Houses or Combo Units (Bounce Houses with Waterslides to provide even more variety.

Ideal for More Than Birthday Parties

While birthdays remain one of the most common reasons customers rent inflatable slides, they're also a popular choice for school functions, church activities, youth programs, family reunions and neighborhood events throughout Jones Valley.

The combination of active entertainment and water fun makes inflatable slides suitable for a wide variety of occasions.

Jones Valley Water Slide Rental FAQs

Water slide parties in Jones Valley come with their own practical questions, especially when you're deciding between slide sizes, preparing an outdoor space and working out how to manage a busy day of water play. Here are some of the details worth knowing before your rental.

Is a taller water slide automatically the best choice for my Jones Valley event?

Not necessarily. Height is only one part of choosing an inflatable. Available ground space, overhead clearance, the ages and sizes of the participants and the number of guests all matter.

For example, a two-lane design can be particularly useful when you're expecting plenty of riders because two children can prepare to slide at the same time, one in each lane. Browse our Water Slides to compare the different options available for your Jones Valley party.

What should be ready before the delivery crew gets to my property?

Clear the intended setup location of sticks, rocks, animal waste and anything else that could interfere with installation. The surface should be relatively flat, and you'll need suitable electrical access for the blower plus a water source and hose connection for wet use.

Overhead space matters too. Check for branches, wires and other obstacles rather than looking only at the ground dimensions.

Can we put the slide under trees to give the kids some shade?

Only if there is sufficient safe clearance. Tree branches cannot interfere with the inflatable, and the rental requirements call for at least 10 feet of overhead clearance.

If the intended area has low branches, choose another suitable part of your Jones Valley property rather than trying to squeeze the inflatable beneath them.

We're expecting a lot of kids. How do we keep turns organized?

Establish the rider flow before the slide becomes busy. Only one rider should be waiting at the top of a single-lane water slide. On a double-lane unit, there can be two, with one rider assigned to each lane.

The supervising adult should also make sure the landing area has cleared before the next participant comes down. Keeping the entrance, climb and landing areas moving in one direction can make a busy Jones Valley party much easier to supervise.

What shouldn't children wear when using an inflatable water slide?

Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry and badges before use. Long hair should be tied back, and clothing should be suitable for the activity with nothing likely to fall from pockets.

Personal flotation vests are permitted on water slides.

Could we have a bounce house at one end of the party and a water slide at the other?

For an event with enough suitable space, separate attractions can give children different things to do. Our Bounce Houses provide dry inflatable play, while a water slide creates a dedicated cooling-off area.

If you'd rather keep both activities together, a Combo Units (Bounce Houses with Waterslides rental may make more sense. It combines bouncing and sliding within one unit.

Are there any party decorations that can damage a water slide?

Yes, and some of the prohibited items aren't immediately obvious. Face paint, Silly String, colored streamers and party poppers must be kept away from the inflatable. Liquids other than water aren't permitted on or around it either.

Damage caused by these products can be permanent. Under the rental terms, the customer can be held responsible for the cost of damaged equipment, including replacement costs where applicable.

What about food and drinks during a long summer party?

Keep them in a separate part of the event. Food, beverages and chewing gum aren't allowed on or around the inflatable.

Rather than having children carrying snacks back toward the slide, you could establish a separate eating area using 4 Tables + 32 Chairs. That creates a natural break between eating and returning to water play.

Can my dog be in the yard while the water slide is running?

Pets aren't permitted on the inflatable. The rental rules also prohibit toys, bicycles, scooters and sharp instruments from being taken onto the equipment.

For a Jones Valley home with pets, keeping them separated from the inflatable activity area can also make supervision simpler when children are running between the slide and other parts of the yard.

Who watches the pool area at the bottom of the slide?

The responsible adult supervising the rental needs to pay close attention to the entire inflatable, including its pool or landing area. Small children require especially careful supervision around water because of the risk of drowning.

Adult supervision is required throughout the rental. Children must not be left to use the equipment by themselves.

Can riders climb the sides if they want to get back to the top faster?

No. Participants shouldn't climb, hang or sit on inflatable walls, and they must not jump from them. Pushing, fighting, deliberate collisions, flips and somersaults are prohibited as well.

Riders should follow the intended route through the inflatable each time rather than finding shortcuts.

What happens if we decide the slide would work better somewhere else after setup?

Leave it where it was installed. Customers aren't permitted to reposition the inflatable after setup, and rental equipment cannot be taken to another location, loaned or sublet.

Choosing the installation area carefully beforehand is therefore important. Consider the inflatable footprint, access, water and electricity before the crew begins setting up.

Do underground lines matter if the inflatable is only temporary?

Yes. Underground utilities must be marked before setup, and identifying them is the customer's responsibility. Bella's Ultimate Party Rentals isn't responsible for damage to underground utilities.

What do we do if the inflatable begins losing air?

Stop using it immediately and calmly get everyone off. Check the power supply, fuses, inflation tubes and any obvious obstruction affecting the blower.

If the blower appears to have overheated, turn it off for approximately one to two minutes before attempting to restart it. If you still have a problem, call 530-323-7978.

How does an overnight Jones Valley rental change things?

An overnight booking means the blower needs special attention once the day's use has finished. It must be removed from the inflatable and stored in a secure, locked location overnight. If rain or other poor weather develops, keep the blower somewhere dry and protected.

The customer assumes responsibility for safely securing the rental equipment during the overnight period.

Can bad weather change our reservation?

Yes. Weather conditions can make an inflatable unsuitable for use, and Bella's Ultimate Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservations because of weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Don't attempt to move or alter the setup yourself in response to changing weather conditions.

Are we financially responsible for the slide while it's at our Jones Valley property?

The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period. It should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, allowing for ordinary wear.

Repairable damage can result in repair charges. Equipment that is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged beyond repair can result in the customer being responsible for its full replacement value under the rental agreement, up to the stated limit.

What's the quickest way to secure a water slide for Jones Valley?

Water Slide Rentals in Jones Valley for Different Party Styles

Jones Valley events don't all run the same way, and neither should the inflatable lineup. One party might need a straightforward slide that keeps a small group moving. Another might benefit from two lanes, more height or a combination unit that gives children several activities without spreading equipment all over the yard.

Keep It Simple With a Single-Lane Slide

The 15 ft Rainbow Single Lane Water Slide works well when you want a clear, easy-to-manage activity. Children climb, slide and loop back around without the extra movement that comes with dual racing lanes.

That kind of setup can suit smaller Jones Valley birthdays where one inflatable is enough to anchor the day without taking over the whole property.

Two Lanes Help a Busier Crowd Move

When more children are taking turns, flow becomes just as important as height. The 17 ft Two Lane Tropical Water Slide gives two riders separate lanes, which helps keep the line moving and adds a side-by-side element that naturally holds attention.

For a larger Jones Valley event, that can make the inflatable feel active for longer because fewer children are standing around waiting for one lane to clear.

Go Taller When the Slide Is Meant to Be the Focal Point

The 19 ft Two Lane Tropical gives you more vertical presence while keeping the two-lane format. That makes it a strong option when the inflatable is supposed to be the main visual feature of the outdoor setup rather than one small activity among several.

It is the kind of rental that can influence the rest of your layout, with seating, refreshments and other activities arranged around the main water-play zone.

Theme Can Matter Just as Much as Size

The MYSTERIOUS JUNGLE 19 FT SLIDE brings a different look from the brighter rainbow and tropical designs. If the inflatable will be prominent in photos or tied into the overall party theme, appearance can be a useful deciding factor rather than an afterthought.

That gives Jones Valley customers another way to choose from our Water Slides range: not only by height and lanes, but by the atmosphere they want the inflatable to create.

Some Kids Want to Slide. Others Want to Bounce.

That is where a mixed activity setup starts to make sense. One approach is to pair a water slide with something from our Bounce Houses selection, creating separate wet and dry play areas.

Another option is to keep those activities together with Combo Units (Bounce Houses with Waterslides. The Lego Bounce House and Waterslide Combo gives children both bouncing and sliding in one inflatable, which can work well when you want more variety without using multiple large units.

Think About What Happens Between Turns

Not every guest will be on the slide all the time. Adults need somewhere to sit, children take breaks, and food should stay away from the inflatable area.

The 4 Tables + 32 Chairs package can help create a separate seating zone, while the 13x13 Pop Up Canopy gives you another option for organizing the quieter part of the event away from the water activity.

Choose by Guest Flow, Not Just by Height

A taller slide might look impressive, but the best Jones Valley choice is the one that works with your actual guest count and available space. A single lane can be perfect for a smaller birthday. Two lanes can improve movement at a busier celebration. A combo unit can spread attention across several activities without needing separate attractions.

That is why having several styles matters. You can shape the rental around the way your event will actually run.

Match the Water Slide to Your Jones Valley Space

Before reserving, consider the setup area carefully. Water slides need a relatively flat surface free from rocks, sticks, animal waste and other debris, plus suitable clearance above and around the inflatable.

Once you know what your property can comfortably accommodate, browse the available water slides through the online reservation system. If you want help narrowing down the options for your Jones Valley event, contact us or call 530-323-7978.
